We at Adventures In Fitness.biz have a "keep it simple", holistic approach to training that takes you beyond the "traditional" gym setting. No fancy equipment is needed. We use your body weight, a few "old school" tools and the natural environment as your gym.

Our boot camp incorporates a balanced Paleo Diet with strength and cardiovascular training; seasoned with athletic yoga asanas to create a strong and defined physique. As you bask in the beauty of the outdoors you and your crew will be made to do body weight exercises (push-ups, pull-ups, squats, etc.); cardio intervals (running, side straddle hops, stair climbing, etc.) and vinyasa yoga flow (chaturanga, turbo dog, etc.) that will keep you both pleading for mercy and begging for more. ...
