1. Please read carefully. Payment by personal check, travelers check, cash, money order, debit or credit card will indicate that you have read, understood and agreed to the Adventures In Fitness. Biz/Weekend Warrior's terms and conditions.
2. Participant agrees to the use of his/her likeness for Adventures In Fitness.Biz's sales and marketing. Adventures In Fitness.Biz and its Affiliates, retain the rights to all images taken at events.
3. Adventures In Fitness.Biz reserves the right to prohibit the participation of any person whose conduct has been shown to be offensive to any member or to the reputation of Adventures In Fitness.Biz. You will be charged the full price for the event you attended (fully or partially) and prohibited from participating in future Adventures In Fitness.Biz events.
4. Adventures In Fitness.Biz will not be held responsible for venue pricing, availability, refund policies, or additional and unforeseen costs that may be contracted during each event.
5. All participants agree that Adventures In Fitness.Biz and its staff and Affiliates will not be held liable for the safety, conduct or their property while traveling to and from events.
6. Event availability is not guaranteed. We do have a high volume of attendees, and you may have to be wait-listed for a particular event or attend the same event at another time. Note: Popular events are most often recycled at a later date.

• If an event has to be cancelled due to weather or lack of attendance, all participants will either receive a full refund (if your payment was in the form of a personal check, traveler's check or cash, money order; if your payment was made online you will receive the amount you paid minus any online processing fees) or an opportunity to reschedule at Adventure's discretion.

1. I acknowledge that "adventure activities" such as bicycling, hiking, obstacle courses, relays, kayaking, climbing, running etc., entails known and unanticipated risks, which could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to me, to property, or to third parties. I understand that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. I also acknowledge that AIf and its Affiliates are not responsible for any losses, injuries or damages I may suffer, relating to participation in any Weekend Warriors Event. The risks include, among other things: falling, collision, upset, striking obstructions or other person, unsafe speed of travel for conditions, head injuries, equipment failure, and weather conditions including temperature exposure (hypothermia, sunstroke, sunburn, and heat exhaustion), dehydration, and highway or roadway vehicles.
2. I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing in this activity. My participation in this activity is purely voluntary and I elect to participate in the Weekend Warriors and assume the risks inherent in the event.
3. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to hold harmless AIF from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected with my participation in this activity or my use of AIF or anyone acting on their behalf, any equipment and or facilities used, including any such claims which allege negligent acts or omissions of AIF.
4. I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may cause or suffer while participating in the events or I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I further certify that I have no medical or physical conditions which may interfere with my safety in any event, or else I am willing to assume -- and bear the costs of -- all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition whether pre-existing or not.
5. In the event that I file a lawsuit against AIF, I agree to do so solely in the state of California, and I further agree that only California State law shall apply in that action without regard to the conflict of law rules of that state. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portion; shall remain in full force and effect.
6. Should AIF or anyone acting on their behalf be required to incur attorney's fees and costs I agree to hold AIF harmless for all such fees and costs.

By my personal check, money order, credit card, travelers check or debit card payment, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during my participation in these activities, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against Adventures In Fitness.biz on the basis of any claim from which I have released them herein. I have read this entire document. I have understood this document, and I agree to be bound by its terms. The submission of my personal/travelers' check, cash, money order or credit/debit card, payment will indicate my agreement to these terms and AIF's Limit of Liability.
