According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, regular exercise gives you energy, builds bone, muscle, strength, endurance and improves your mood. A daily dose of exercise can keep you fit during pregnancy, help prepare you for childbirth and makes it much easier for you to get back into shape after your baby is born. That's why we created Baby Fit Camp, an outdoor prenatal fitness program that teaches pregnant women how to exercise safely and efficiently throughout all stages of pregnancy.

As a former birthing Doula with over 16 years of experience as a certified Advanced Health & Fitness Specialist and a certified Pilates Instructor working with pregnant women over the age of 35, Michele Schlanbusch developed Baby Fit Camp to prepare women mentally and physically for childbirth and life, as fit, active and healthy moms. Our prenatal fitness program skillfully teaching you how to use your body weight and the natural outdoor environment as your gym. So no fancy equipment needed. Our Baby Fit programs incorporates walking, strength training, balance safety and core exercises to create an effective and safe program for you and your baby.

We limited our Baby Fit class size in order to give personalized attention to each woman and tailor workouts to meet the needs of all fitness levels and stages of pregnancy; giving you and your baby the opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors as you benefits from the support of our dedicated experts and a motivated group of expectant moms. So get ready to have lots of fun and meet new friends!

With written clearance from your doctor or midwife, our Baby Fit Camp exercise program and support from our Baby Fit Camp moms, you and your baby will enjoy a healthy and happy pregnancy as you both ease into your new Baby Fit lifestyle.
