Our prenatal fitness program skillfully teaching you how to use your body weight and the natural outdoor environment as your gym. So no fancy equipment needed. Our Baby Fit programs incorporates walking, strength training, balance safety and core exercises to create an effective and safe program for you and your baby.
We limited our Baby Fit class size in order to give personalized attention to each woman and tailor workouts to meet the needs of all fitness levels and stages of pregnancy; giving you and your baby the opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors as you benefits from the support of our dedicated experts and a motivated group of expectant moms.
