With over 15 years of experience as a certified personal trainer, classically trained Pilates Instructor, nationally certified Massage Therapist and former Doula, Michele Schlanbusch developed Baby Fit Camp to prepare women mentally and physically for childbirth and life, as fit, active and healthy moms. Our Baby Fit Camps have a "keep it simple" approach to exercise. We use your body weight, a few "old school tools" and the natural environment as your gym. No fancy equipment is needed. Baby Fit Camp incorporates strength and cardiovascular intervals; seasoned with the Pilates core method and balance drills to create an effective and progressive program.
The Baby Fit Camp class size is limited in order to give personalized attention to each woman and tailor workouts to meet the needs of all fitness levels and stages of pregnancy, giving you and your baby the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of team camaraderie, group dedication, motivation and commitment. So get ready to meet new friends and have lots of fun!
