Due to the unique design and shape of the kettlebell, the body is forced to control the weight as it moves – without added support or isolation of the working muscles – triggering a chain reaction in the deeper, harder-to-work stabilizing muscles of the body, creating balance, strength, endurance, dynamic flexibility and conditioning while allowing more range of motion; improved coordination, preventing injury and radically increasing lung power.
